The Games Europe Plays on BBC Click

7 APRIL 2016 - An interactive exhibition The Games Europe Plays initiated by EUNIC London with the Czech Centre and coordinated by the Finnish Institute was featured on BBC Click broadcasted on Wednesday 6 April 2016 on BBC World Service. It featured a live interview with curator, technologist and digital expert Ghislaine Boddington and interviews with developers of Gigglebug (Finland) and Toca Boca (Sweden).

The Games Europe Plays at the Finnish Institute showcases independent and exceptional digital games for young people and families. The exhibition features games by Gigglebug (Finland), Toca Boca (Sweden), Tine Bech (Denmark/UK), Peter Lu & Lea Schönfelder (Germany) and Amanita (Czech Republic).The first of a series of three exhibitions organized by EUNIC this year, it focuses on children’s games looking at learning through play, identity & representation and future skills. All ages are welcome for inter-generational learning and fun!

The Games Europe Plays runs at The Finnish Institute in London till Sunday 10 April 2016.

The Games Europe Plays is initiated by EUNIC London with the Czech Centre and coordinated by the Finnish Institute. Supported by the British Council, it is presented as part of the London Games Festival Fringe official programme, at the University of Greenwich and Nesta’s FutureFest 2016. With additional support from the Czech Centre, the Danish Embassy, the Goethe-Institut London and the Swedish Embassy.
