English Day Menu: Come enjoy the Czech cuisine

On Thursday October 11th The Lock Stock and Barrel in Newbury are having a Czech Day with a one-off Czech inspired menu. If you are local or would simply like to take a trip to Newbury and taste the best of Czech cuisine, you will be able to try deep fried carp, beef goulash or Czech classic roast pork belly served with potato dumplings and sauerkraut. All food preparation and service for this event will be overseen by a native Czech chef.

STARTERS

Beef Consommé with chicken and pig’s liver balls and handmade noodles

Sour cream soup with wild mushrooms and dill finished with a poached egg
