Ivor Diosi at FutureFest

The latest in a series of exhibitions within a multidisciplinary project, The Games Europe Plays, concerning the overlap between computer games, artificial intelligence and sociology, takes place as part of the prestigious futuristic-scientific festival FutureFest. The Czech Republic is represented by Ivor Diosi, an artist of Slovak origin working in Prague and a member of the International Centre for Art and New Technologies (CIANT), who is known as a technological wizard. Diosi works at the intersection of science, new technologies, video games, bio-art and virtual and hybrid entities.
FutureFest is Nesta’s weekend festival of ideas,
talks, and interactive performances to inspire people to change the
future. This year, four curators Ghislaine Boddington, Dr Morgaine Gaye,
Pat Kane and Ruth Amos will be exploring how we’ll love, thrive, play
and work in the decades to come.
Joining Brian Eno, Will Self, Cindy Gallop, DJ Spooky and Rhianna
Pratchett will be more innovators and radical thinkers from Europe and
the world.
