Let's draw the Olympics! (animated film and art workshops)
To celebrate London 2012, groups of local children, led by artist Zuzana Jungmanova, will work on a story about five animal friends who live in London and enjoy sports adventures during the run up to the Olympics. The five friends represent the five Olympic circles and the values of fair play and friendship. This story will be developed into an animated film.
The workshops will feature children from the Czech School without Borders, Light Project International, The Beckett House Nursery, Highbury Quadrant Primary School and St Mary Magdalene Church in Islington and the completed movie will be presented to the public at a screening open to the children’s families and everyone who loves animation and kids’ films.
